No. Hi Networking runs in your browser on desktop, tablet and mobile. Add it to your home screen for a native-like experience. Contact capture works offline and syncs automatically when you're back online.

The interface ships in English, with more languages rolling out. AI Coach and Introducer respond in the language of your conversation.

The AI Introducer scans event attendees and your existing network against your goals (fundraising, hiring, partnerships, learning) and surfaces high-fit matches with an explanation. You can generate a personalized intro message in one click and send it via email or share as a Smart Card link.

Every contact has a timeline: how you met, notes, promises made, tags, shared events and the last touchpoint. The Follow-up Engine reminds you to reconnect at the right moment based on relationship strength and your custom cadences.

A live view of who is present at an event or community — including who is online right now — with filters by role, industry, city and interests. Tap a person to see mutuals and start a conversation.

Yes. The Contact Capture module uses OCR + AI to parse a card photo, email signature or a plain-text paste into a structured contact, then auto-merges duplicates with your existing network.

A curated feed where members post fundraising asks, hiring needs, partnerships and speaking opportunities. Matches are surfaced privately to relevant people in your network — never public spam.

Yes. Personal is free for individual professionals with up to 500 contacts, a digital card, event RSVP and public community access. Upgrade to Pro only when you want AI Introducer, unlimited contacts and the Follow-up Engine.

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and USD depending on your region; VAT is added where applicable and shown clearly at checkout.

Yes. You can cancel Pro at any time from your account settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically drop to the free Personal plan.

Every Pro member gets a personal discount code that gives friends 25% off Pro yearly. You earn 1 day of free Pro the moment they redeem, plus 1 additional month if they upgrade to a paid subscription. Rewards are auto-applied as a coupon on your next invoice — no manual claim needed.

You can accumulate up to 365 days (one full year) of free Pro time from invite rewards over the lifetime of your account. The cap is enforced at award time, so pending + applied days never exceed 365 combined. Once you hit the cap, new redemptions still track for analytics but stop adding free days.

Codes are unique per Pro member and static — the same code follows your account so you can track redemptions over time. Enter the code at checkout to apply the discount; the code owner is credited automatically when the invoice is paid.

The 14-day free trial and the 24-hour post-trial 25% off apply to your own first Pro purchase. The monthly early-bird 25% off (first 25 sign-ups, days 1–5 of a month) applies at checkout. Invite reward days are always added to the plan you're already on — they extend your renewal date, they don't discount the base price.

Applied days remain on your subscription until they run out. Pending (unearned) days are paused; if you re-subscribe to Pro, they resume being credited on your next invoice.

From the Invite Center you can share your personal link, download a QR code for printed materials, or send bulk invites by email — each channel is tracked so you can see which ones convert.

Yes. Organizers can publish events, collect RSVPs, run a live attendee map, enable AI-powered matchmaking, share sponsor Smart Cards and export analytics. Attendees keep their contacts and follow-ups in their personal account after the event ends.

A community hub is a private or public space with its own members list, events, opportunity feed and analytics. Chambers, associations and networks use hubs to give members a home while preserving each member's personal Smart Card and network.

Yes. From Settings > Privacy you can export all your contacts, notes and activity as a downloadable archive at any time — no support ticket needed.

You do. Your contacts, notes and network are yours to export or delete at any time. Hi Networking never sells personal data and never uses your private contacts to train third-party models.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, access is role-based with row-level security in the database, and admin actions are logged. Read the Security page for our full posture.
