Community Leader responsibilities

Leaders set the tone. You'll shape a welcoming, safe, and useful space for your members and represent Hi Networking in your area or field.

Curate membership

Approve join requests, invite the right people, and keep your community focused and high-quality.

Host regular events

Keep a steady cadence of meetups, workshops, or roundtables so members always have a reason to return.

Communicate with members

Send announcements and messages to members. Your Co-Chair can help you keep the community active.

Appoint a Co-Chair

Choose one trusted member as Co-Chair to share the work. Co-Chairs have all leadership rights except ownership and deletion.

Uphold community standards

Follow the Hi Networking code of conduct, moderate respectfully, and escalate serious issues to admins.

Represent Hi Networking

Act as an ambassador in your city, company, or industry — help members grow and connect.
